Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $50 charge to the credit card on file.


Late Policy:

Clients are asked to arrive to their appointments before their scheduled appointment time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while travelling to the salon. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the client will be given the option of either being seen that day as a walk-in, if the schedule permits, or rescheduled for a later date. This process will ensure clients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
